after shifter cables are removed from posts on trans grab stock bushing like so with pliars

now twist pliers and OEM bushing will come right out

now take CRW bearing and install to shifter cable end

here it is pressed in by hand

this is a pic of the lower post being sanded a little. i tried bearing on post and it was tight so sanded it a little and test fit until it went on smooth

sanded lower post... took all of maybe 30 sec to sand enough for bushing to fit

here i am test fitting bushing on to lower post before installing it to the shifter cable

here is how you sand the upper post

on the upper post more attention needs to be paid to the end of the post when sanding since that spot seems to be where the bearing will hang up initially
